Processed components

HAAN WHEELS manufactures its wheels with coordinated components. The Excel rims are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The milled, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are machined on CNC machines and anodized in the Netherlands.

The stainless steel spokes have a special stainless steel blend and offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
