MALOSSI H2O cylinder-piston kit with Ø 67 mm

This cylinder-piston kit is intended for the Derbi Senda 125 DRD SM 4 T from 2009-2013. The design combines precise CNC machining with closely coordinated components. A piston-cylinder fit of 0.05 mm and newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces characterize the technical design.

The cylinder is made of a high-silicon, refined and hardened aluminum alloy. Its inner liner has a silicon carbide coating on a galvanic nickel matrix. Cross-smoothing is done in two diamond steps while maintaining very tight tolerances. The cylinder is machined on high-precision CNC machines.

Pistons and piston rings

The super compact piston has three segments. It consists of a special aluminum-silicon alloy with low thermal expansion and added tin on the sliding surfaces. The CNC machining, the reduced weight and reinforced design as well as extra large heat exchange surfaces complement the technical structure.

• Special piston rings with a large stroke and extremely high mechanical strength
