This cylinder-piston kit is intended for the Derbi Senda 125 DRD R 4 T from 2009-2013. The cylinder has a bore of Ø 67 mm and a compression ratio of 12:1. The piston-cylinder fit is 0.05 mm.

Cylinder and heat dissipation

• Inner liner with silicon carbide coating on a galvanic nickel matrix
• Cross-smoothing in two diamond steps while maintaining tight tolerances

• Newly calculated, extra large heat exchange surfaces

The combination of defined liner surface, precise CNC machining and a fit of 0.05 mm describes the constructive coordination between cylinder and piston. The enlarged heat exchange surfaces support thermal exchange during operation.

Pistons and piston rings

The super compact piston has three segments. It consists of a special aluminum-silicon alloy with low thermal expansion. A tin additive is used on the sliding surfaces. The piston is machined on CNC machines, is weight-reduced and reinforced and also has extra large heat exchange surfaces.
