Dry lubrication with a fine PTFE layer

Motorex PTFE Spray serves as a lubricant and release agent without leaving oily residue. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable.

• Particle size: 5 μm
• Extremely broad chemical resistance
• Temperature range up to +265 °C
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Contents: 200 ml

Applications

• Hygienic dry lubrication
• Sliding and guide rails
• Conveyor belts, transport rollers and carriages
• Window mechanisms and roller shutter systems
• Permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• Applications where other lubricants would interfere with further processing

Directions for use

Shake the spray can thoroughly before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
