This catalytic-converter-free exhaust header kit is intended for BMW R nineT models from model year 2021 with EURO 5. The handcrafted titanium construction combines visible weld seams with a weight saving of 3,2 kg compared with the original.

ECU and exhaust valve

No ECU remapping or modification is required. On the original EURO 5 header, the exhaust valve is welded in place and therefore cannot be reused. For this reason, an exhaust valve elimination kit is included. The system is also prepared for the third sensor.
