Comprehensive Paris Dakar conversion for the BMW R nineT Urban G/S

This extensive kit transforms the look and functionality of the BMW R nineT Urban G/S in the style of classic rally motorcycles. The shorter 22,5-liter tank enables a more forward-oriented riding position and better loading of the front wheel. Painted body parts, seat, luggage solutions, protective components, handlebars and a high silencer create a fully coordinated package.

Paris Dakar tank and bodywork

• Nylon tank with a capacity of 22,5 liters
• Painted in Urban GS White Light with graphics beneath the clear coat
• Shorter tank shape for an improved riding position and more direct handling
• The original fuel cap, original fuel pump and original activated carbon filter are reused
• The reserve warning light remains functional
• Fully reversible conversion without modifying the original components
• All required tank brackets are included
• Based on fuel consumption of 17,7 km/l, the calculated range is approximately 400 km

The molded ABS side panels are painted matte black and supplied with mounting brackets, screws and vibration dampers. The front fender and Fenouil windshield echo the design of the legendary R80 GS PD. Both parts are made of painted ABS with a clear coat and are installed without modifications to the motorcycle. Brackets, screws and instructions are included.

Seat and luggage solutions

• Comfortable two-piece seat with a height of 850 mm
• The passenger section can be quickly removed using the supplied key
• Rear rack made of steel tubing with a matte black epoxy powder coating and integrated passenger grab handles
• Maximum load capacity of the rear rack: 5 kg
• The two leather straps for securing luggage are not included
• Aluminum luggage rack plate with a matte black epoxy powder coating
• With the passenger seat removed, the plate widens the load area and features non-slip rubber pads
• Rear bag made of full-grain leather, handcrafted in Italy and stitched with nylon thread
• Rear bag dimensions: 200 × 280 mm, height 150 mm

Protection and ergonomics

• Steel crash bars with a durable powder coating, including spacers and screws
• Most maintenance work can be carried out without removing the crash bars
• Black headlight guard, removable and installable without modifying the original parts
• Caution: The headlight guard is not approved for road use
• Ergo steel handlebars with a constant diameter of 22 mm and a matte black epoxy powder coating
• Same height as the original handlebars, but with a more relaxed grip position
• Compatible with heated grips
• Pair of CNC-machined bar ends in gloss black with mounting screws
• Black leather handlebar pad for crossbars, 26 cm long and 6 cm in diameter

Rear conversion and high silencer

The rear conversion consists of black epoxy powder-coated steel tubing and an aluminum license plate holder for the original taillight. It shortens and raises the position of the license plate and light. Brackets for original or aftermarket turn signals and the required mounting hardware are included; turn signals are not included. The license plate holder measures 185 × 185 mm and is compatible with the specified pannier frames, passenger grab handle and luggage rack.

Additional accessories

The kit also includes a black cotton and leather tool bag. It measures 20 × 36 cm when open and 20 × 10 cm when rolled. Tools are not included.
