Handcrafted titanium exhaust manifold for EURO 5 models

This handmade titanium exhaust manifold kit was developed for BMW R nineT models from 2021 with EURO 5. The version without a catalytic converter is around 3.2 kg lighter than the original and deliberately shows visible weld seams.

• Handcrafted titanium construction

• Improves overall engine performance
• When warm, it takes on the characteristic titanium blue color
• No remapping or modification of the ECU required

Exhaust valve and third probe

On the original manifold of the EURO 5 models, the exhaust valve is welded and therefore cannot be reused. The kit includes an Elimination Valve Kit to remove the exhaust valve. The construction is also prepared for the third probe.
