WRS Standard Windscreen for the BMW R 1200 RT

The WRS Standard Windscreen retains the height of the stock windscreen while adding a slightly wider profile. On the 2014-2018 BMW R 1200 RT, this provides a balanced combination of near-stock styling and extended wind protection.

Near-stock height with a wider profile

The height matches the original standard windscreen, while the slightly wider design brings more of the upper body into the protected area. Its shape is designed to direct airflow towards the deflectors. This reduces turbulence around the helmet and windblast around the shoulders.

High-quality PMMA

The windscreen is made from 5 mm thick PMMA plexiglass with DOT626 marking. Its profile follows the shape of the front fairing and is particularly suitable for riders of medium to tall stature.

Installation note

Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
