WRS Intermedio windscreen +70 mm for the BMW R 1200 R

Noticeably greater coverage with harmonious lines: The Intermedio windscreen for the 2006-2014 BMW R 1200 R is 70 mm taller than the original windscreen. The larger surface is designed to reduce airflow around the helmet and shoulders while blending harmoniously with the motorcycle’s shape.

Touring-ready wind protection

Thanks to the additional height, the windscreen helps provide calmer airflow around the helmet and shoulders. The passenger also benefits from the larger protective area, particularly on longer journeys.

Material and options

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA acrylic and is 4 mm thick. It is available in two versions:

• Clear – BM044T
• Smoke – BM044F

Compatible bracket and installation

The windscreen is compatible with the original frame for the low Sport windscreen. The screws required for installation are included. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
