Touring windscreen for the BMW K 1600 GTL

The touring windscreen for the BMW K 1600 GTL from model years 2011–2026 is designed to provide generous wind coverage on long journeys, in cool weather and for the needs of taller riders.

Large protective area for touring

With dimensions of 60.5 × 59 cm, the touring screen exceeds the original 55 × 52.5 cm windscreen in both width and height. The area above the deflectors has also been widened. The resulting coverage is especially tailored to longer rides and cold touring conditions.

Contoured airflow management

The screen's shape follows the lines of the BMW K 1600 GTL and directs the oncoming air towards the deflectors. Its carefully developed contour is intended to reduce air pressure on the shoulders and disruptive turbulence around the helmet, thereby supporting comfort over extended distances.

Installation requirement
