Maximum height for enhanced touring protection: The Caponord windscreen is the tallest version for the BMW K 1200 S from model years 2004 to 2008. It provides greater coverage and is specifically designed to improve wind protection around the shoulders.

More coverage on long journeys

The original windscreen measures 32.5 cm high and 48 cm wide. The Caponord version is 21.5 cm taller while retaining the original width. Its shape is designed to minimise air turbulence for the rider and passenger.

High-quality PMMA plexiglass

The 3 mm thick windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-tested PMMA plexiglass. The material combines high transparency with a durable construction. Its carefully developed contour complements the lines of the BMW K 1200 S.

Installation

The Caponord windscreen mounts to the designated attachment points on the BMW K 1200 S. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
