PUIG Z-Racing screen for the BMW F 900 R

The Z-Racing screen from PUIG combines sporty, aggressive lines with functional wind protection for the BMW F 900 R from 2025. Its double height and side air channels are designed to direct the wind specifically past the helmet, upper body and shoulder area.

Designed for sporty aerodynamics

PUIG is developing the Z-Racing series as an aerodynamically optimized alternative to the standard screen. The shape was tested in the virtual wind tunnel. Compared to the original model, an average improvement in aerodynamic protection of 12.7% in the upright position and 61% in the racing position is reported.

Double height and side airflow

By doubling the height, the airflow that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper torso is deflected upwards. Lateral channels absorb additional air currents and direct them outwards to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area.

Robust, precisely manufactured construction

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the lens is made of high-impact, 3mm thick acrylic. It combines low weight with stability and durability. The rounded, 2 mm thick edge meets the relevant German TÜV safety test. A camera-based inspection system supports quality control during production.

Versions for an individual look

The Z-Racing screen is available in blue, carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red and clear. This means you can choose the look to suit your personal style of the motorcycle.
