Sporty lines, targeted wind dispersion and an expressive look: The PUIG Z-Racing lens combines an aggressive shape with functional aerodynamic protection. Its double height directs the wind over the helmet and upper body, while side channels direct the air outwards, reducing pressure in the shoulder area.

Aerodynamically developed and tested

PUIG tested the lens in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to provide an improved drag coefficient and greater protection for the rider. Compared to the original model, an average improvement in aerodynamic protection was found to be 12.7% in the upright position and 61% in the racing position.

Robust design with precise workmanship

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the disc is made from 3mm thick, high-impact acrylic. With its dimensions of 400 × 270 mm, it combines low weight with stability and durability. The rounded 2 mm edge meets the relevant safety controls of the German TÜV. An image-based control system supports consistently precise quality testing.

Different versions for an individual appearance

The Z-Racing lens is available in carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red and clear. This means you can choose the look to match the desired style of the motorcycle without sacrificing the functional shape of the Z-Racing line.
