PUIG sports side spoilers for the BMW F 900 R

The PUIG Downforce Sport side spoilers transfer aerodynamic developments from racing to the BMW F 900 R of the 2025 model year. The side winglets give the motorcycle a decidedly sporty look and are designed to support driving stability at high speeds.

Functional aerodynamics

The shape of the spoilers channels the air flow specifically through the components. The resulting downforce acts on the front axle area and can improve stability at high speeds, support changes of direction and reduce the risk of the shimmie effect. During strong acceleration, depending on the operating conditions, a downforce of up to six kilograms is possible on the front axle, which counteracts the lifting of the front wheel.

Development related to racing

PUIG developed the Downforce Sport spoilers based on aerodynamic experiences and tests from the WorldSBK environment. Design and production take place in Barcelona, ​​incorporating current developments from MotoGP and WorldSBK. Rounded edges with a radius of more than two millimeters take relevant safety requirements into account.

Sporty design and color selection

The spoiler set adds a striking racing accent to the lines of the motorcycle. Two versions are available for individual coordination:

• Black – Reference 3835N
• Red – Reference 3835R

Assembly and ABE

The side spoilers can be mounted on the fairing without drilling holes. An ABE document is available for the product. Before use, the specific scope of application for the respective motorcycle must be carefully checked.
