The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc kit combines specially developed friction plates with matching steel discs for the clutch of the Beta RR 480 4 T Racing. The Pro Race Line was developed in collaboration with teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships and is designed as a high-quality racing product.

Friction material and function

The friction material of the friction plates mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. This means it offers a high coefficient of friction and is less compressible. The special disc design supports the oil flow and efficient operation of the clutch. The combination of materials and the design of the discs promote stable function even under high thermal and mechanical loads.
