NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for the Beta RR 480 4 T Enduro EFI

The Pro Race steel and friction disc kit from NEWFREN is intended for the Beta RR 480 4 T Enduro EFI from 2018-2019. The combination of friction plates and steel discs was developed for stable and efficient operation of the clutch.

Function and structure

The friction plates use a friction material mainly composed of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. This makes the material less compressible and designed for a high coefficient of friction. The special disc design improves oil flow and supports efficient function in the clutch system.

The Pro Race line was developed in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships. It belongs to the NEWFREN racing series and combines the special friction material with a structurally coordinated disc geometry.
