RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for the Beta RR 390

The RFX Pro Series Titanium/Aluminum Footpegs combine a lightweight, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy base with durable titanium teeth. The construction is designed for secure support and controlled foot positions under demanding riding conditions.

Function and execution

• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium for the replaceable teeth
• Thicker teeth than previous steel teeth to significantly reduce boot wear
• Interchangeable titanium teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced instead of a full set
• Lightweight base CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
• Hard anodized surface for high wear resistance
• Weight: 160 grams per footrest
• Color: Aluminum

The combination of aluminum base and titanium teeth uses the respective material properties to create a resilient footrest with a clean, sweat-free look. The design was developed by the in-house research and development team and in collaboration with RFX-sponsored riders.

Factual note

The titanium teeth are designed as replaceable components. This means that if the tooth becomes worn, the affected tooth can be replaced without replacing the entire set of footrests.
