Precise lever control for the Tuono V4

The Evotech Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever design

The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing holds it securely in its intended position while driving; It can then be reset manually.

The non-folding short brake lever has its ball end closer to the motorcycle than a standard full-length lever. In addition, it has a defined breaking area at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable ergonomics

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths and grip preferences

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material. Millings on the backs reduce the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the bracket connections is designed for uncomplicated acceptance and assembly of the intended original components. Evotech Performance provides video instructions for installation.
