Precise control with folding construction

The Evotech Evo lever set was developed specifically for the Aprilia Tuono 457. The ergonomically rounded lever edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation of the clutch and brake.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

If they come into contact with a solid object, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of the lever breaking in the event of a tip over or fall. A preloaded spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its normal position; It can then be reset manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for precise adjustment to different finger lengths

Milled aluminum and resilient components

Lever blades and holder holders are milled from solid aluminum material. Milling on the back reduces weight without sacrificing the required strength. CNC-manufactured hinge pins, safety clips and other connecting elements are made of stainless steel.

A complete set of folding clutch lever and folding brake lever, each with six-fold reach adjustment, is supplied.

The model-specific CNC-milled holder holders are designed to accept the intended original components precisely. Manufacturer video instructions are available for download for assembly.
