Precise lever control for the RSV4 Factory

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring and bearing keep it securely in position while driving. The lever is then manually returned to its original position.

Short brake lever

The Evo short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact shape positions the end of the ball closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, the lever has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters

Construction and materials

• Lever blades and holder connections made from milled aluminum
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the backs of the levers while maintaining strength
• CNC machined stainless steel bolts and locking clips

Scope of delivery

A model-specific set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a short Evo brake lever is supplied.

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely accept the original components. Video assembly instructions are available to download from the manufacturer.
