PUIG Z-Racing screen for the Triumph Daytona 675 R

Sporty lines meet specifically optimized wind protection: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the Triumph Daytona 675 R a striking racing character and at the same time improves the aerodynamic relief for the driver. Its double height directs airflow over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct air to the outside, reducing pressure in the shoulder area.

Dimensions and construction

• Dimensions: 390 x 300 mm (height x width)
• 30 mm higher than the original disc
• Material thickness: 3 mm
• Made from impact-resistant acrylic

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the Z-Racing screen in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to have an improved aerodynamic coefficient and greater protection for the driver compared to the standard screen. The determined improvement in aerodynamic shielding compared to the original is an average of 12.7% with the upper body in an upright position and 61% in the racing position.

The disc is developed and manufactured in Barcelona using modern manufacturing processes. A camera-based testing system supports quality control. The rounded 2 mm edge meets the relevant safety controls of the German TÜV.
