RFX Pro clutch cover for Yamaha YZ 450 F

The hard-anodized RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Yamaha YZ 450 F (CJ 23) built in 2019-2021. Its 1.5 mm deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100 cm³. This can reduce oil temperature during long races, especially in extremely muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch load.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. This allows lightweight, thin-walled areas to be connected with high strength and durability. The design is designed to increase oil capacity and oil circulation, thereby supporting performance and longevity of the clutch.

Robust surface
