Bonneville, Thruxton, Speed Twin and Street Twin offer a British-influenced framework for individual modern-classic conversions. The universal 7-inch LTD-style main headlight follows this line with a black housing, clear lens and H4 prism reflector. However, visual proximity is not a confirmation of a technical fit.

Technically secure the classic look

Measure the intended holder position directly on the motorcycle and compare it with the side shots. The space behind the lamp pot is also important, as connections and cables have to be accommodated in addition to the housing depth. Instruments or accessories can reduce the available installation space.

The existing cabling must be compared with the requirements of the H4 main light and parking light. Also check the distances to the fork, tank, cables and lines when the steering is fully turned. A harmonious appearance alone says nothing about mechanical freedom of movement or electrical compatibility.

E-approved describes the headlight itself. Whether its position, alignment and attachment are permitted on Bonneville, Thruxton, Speed ​​Twin or Street Twin must be clarified separately. The holder, dimensions, connections and the entire change must therefore be assessed specifically on the vehicle.
