Execution and processing

HAAN WHEELS uses components for its off-road bikes that were developed for common off-road motorcycle models. The rims are made from 7000 series aluminum alloy. Milled hubs made of 6082 T6 aluminum alloy are created on CNC machines and anodized. The spokes are made of a special stainless steel mixture; Chemically coated black spokes are also available.

Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers are among the available components of the wheel concept. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
