MALOSSI Force Master 2.1 for Piaggio Liberty 125 S

The Force Master 2.1 electronic control supports the power management of the Piaggio Liberty 125 S. A revised user interface, the interface for K and CAN communication lines and the capacitive ignition input make configuration easier. Depending on the application, the speed limiter can be adjusted beyond the standard limit range.

Functions and setting options

• Consumption setting of ± 14% in the LOW, HIGH and MID ranges
• Speed limiter from 500 to 1,250 RPM depending on the application
• 4 different maps for different combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and filter
• Environmental protection according to IP65
• Temperature range from -30°C to +80°C

Maps 0 and 1 are designed for Vespa applications. Curve 0 uses an original exhaust system, a Malossi cylinder, the original head, the original camshaft and the original filter. Curve 1 is intended for a Malossi exhaust system with DB killer and Malossi cylinders with an otherwise original configuration. Curves 2 and 3 refer to Piaggio applications and differentiate between original and Malossi exhaust systems with DB killer.

Complete carburetor control is achieved by combining the O2 controller with the Force Master control unit. The controls are intended exclusively for racing in specially designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
