Structure and function

The Excel rim is made of 7000 aluminum and is made in Japan. The hub is machined from a single piece of 6082 billet aluminum. Koyo bearings are used for storage. The central tube and spacers are made of 7075 aluminum and complement the stable wheel structure.

The spokes are made from special stainless steel and, according to the product information, are 30% stronger than OEM spokes. The front wheel is handmade and put together as a complete wheel for a directly assignable off-road application.
