RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 150 XC W

The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with grippy titanium teeth. This creates a robust footrest solution for demanding driving situations where secure support and controlled foot positions play an important role. The development was carried out by the in-house R&D team in collaboration with RFX-sponsored drivers.

Function and construction

• The replaceable titanium teeth allow for the replacement of individual teeth instead of replacing complete sets.
• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium is used for the teeth and supports grip and wear resistance.
• The teeth are stronger than the previous steel versions and therefore reduce wear on the boot.
• The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and hard anodized.
• The construction combines the strength of titanium with the design of an aluminum footrest and has a clean, sweat-free look.
