The Öhlins STX 46 BlackLine is a performance-oriented rear shock absorber in the 390 mm version. It is manufactured and coordinated according to exclusive specifications and combines a reduced, timeless appearance with extensive adjustment options.

BlackLine design

The reserved black design is tailored to individual and classic conversions. Despite the discreet appearance, the shock absorber offers the adjustment functions characteristic of the STX-46 design.

Assembly and Compatibility

• BMW R nineT Roadster from 2014 to 2016 with EURO 3: Assembly without modifications to the motorcycle.
• BMW R nineT from 2017 with EURO 4 as well as all Racer and Pure models: Installation only after removing the activated carbon filter on the left side of the shock absorber.
• BMW R nineT of the 2021 model year with EURO 5: Assembly without changes to the motorcycle.
• Compatible with R nineT Roadster, R nineT Pure and R nineT Racer as long as the requirements mentioned are observed.
• Not compatible with the Akrapovic Single HIGH exhaust.
• Another HIGH exhaust version listed by the manufacturer can only be installed with the pillion frame removed and with the Öhlins compatibility part provided.
