MALOSSI MHR Ø167 fan for VESPower ignition

The MALOSSI MHR fan combines a lightweight design with a design designed for efficient air flow. It was developed for performance-oriented Vespa engines with speeds above 9000 rpm and supports optimized heat management in the ignition area.

Function and construction

The main slats have an optimized curvature to create an effective airflow. Instead of 16 main slats, 12 main and 12 auxiliary slats are used. This design maintains the cooling performance and at the same time reduces the weight of the component.

The fan is made of solid aluminum and is anodized red. The attachment area has a diamond pattern. This machined contact surface supports adhesion to the housing and contributes to heat dissipation. The aluminum construction does not deform at high temperatures like plastic and can therefore reduce vibrations.
