The MALOSSI crankshaft is designed as a complete crankshaft for engines with a reed valve. Their dimensions are tailored to the intended use: the pin measures ø 15, the rod 105, the stroke is 51 mm and the cone is ø 20.

Designed construction

The crankshaft is made from reinforced aviation-grade steel and vacuum cast. The “Viper Head” shape of the connecting rod combines reduced weight with the required rigidity. Tungsten inserts support the balanced design of the complete crankshaft.

Vehicle assignment

The crankshaft is assigned to the Vespa PK S Electric Starter 125 from the 1983-1991 model year range. An engine that has been modified accordingly to use a diaphragm valve intake system is intended for use.
