The TWIN AIR Oil Radiator is an oil cooler solution for the KTM 450 XC F from the 2019-2022 model year range. By lowering the oil temperature, the system supports a correspondingly lower water temperature and helps the engine and motorcycle maintain their performance for longer on longer journeys.

Efficient oil cooling without integration into the water circuit

Unlike conventional solutions connected to the water cooling system, the TWIN AIR design works as an air-cooled solution. It is mounted using a bracket behind the radiator. Flexible hoses lead the oil to a specially designed, tubular cooling grid, the construction of which is designed for effective heat exchange.
