The hard anodized RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the 2015 KTM 300 EXC Factory Edition. Its 1.5 mm deeper profile creates an increased oil capacity of 100 cm³. This can reduce oil temperature during long races, especially in muddy or sandy conditions with frequent clutch use.

Function and construction

The increased oil capacity, together with the structurally designed oil circulation, supports the clutch. This can contribute to a longer clutch life. The lid is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. This allows light, thin areas to be connected with high strength and durability.

The robust design helps reduce the risk of damage from stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals compared to a standard lid. The dark titanium gray Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance to boots and grit and supports a long-lasting appearance.
