Protective cover for cleaning the air filter box

The TECNIUM rigid air filter cover is installed in place of the air filter when cleaning the motorcycle and especially the air filter box. It closes the area during cleaning and prevents dirt, dust, water and cleaning agents from entering.

Function and execution

• Rigid cover for the air filter area
• Protects the air filter box during motorcycle washing and targeted cleaning
• Keeps dirt, dust, water and cleaning products away from the protected area
• Fastening is done with a screw and a rubber seal

Assembly and sealing

To use, the air filter is removed and replaced with the cover. The included mounting screw fixes the cover. A rubber seal helps securely seal the air filter box during the cleaning process.

The air filter cover is for the KTM 150 EXC TPI in the full year range 2020–2023 provided.

Factual note

The cover is intended for use during cleaning and is installed in place of the air filter. Once cleaning is complete, the air filter is reinserted.
