Kawasaki KX 250 F (KX 250 W) [2009] - Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests
Description
RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs for precise grip
The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with grippy titanium teeth. The pronounced tooth profile supports a stable stance and a controlled position on the motorcycle, especially in difficult driving conditions.
Function and construction
The footpegs were developed by the in-house research and development team together with RFX-sponsored riders. Its base is CNC machined and made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Hard anodization supports the wear resistance of the surface. Teeth made of Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium are used for contact with the boot.
- Interchangeable titanium teeth for cost-effective replacement of individual teeth versus replacing entire sets
- Thicker teeth than its steel predecessors to significantly reduce boot wear
- Lightweight design with a weight of 160 grams per footrest
- Clean, sweat-free look
