The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit combines specially developed friction discs with matching steel discs for the BETA RR 250 2 T in the 2022-2024 model year range. The Pro Race Line was developed in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships and is designed as a high-quality racing product.

Friction disks for stable clutch work

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. Its composition supports a high coefficient of friction and lower compressibility. The special disc design improves oil flow and thereby promotes efficient clutch operation. The combination of material and design increases the stability of the pads even under demanding operating conditions.
