PUIG New Generation Touring for the YAMAHA XV 950 R

The New Generation Touring lens from PUIG combines striking lines with functional wind and weather protection. It was designed for naked bikes with non-round headlights and complements the 2020 YAMAHA XV 950 R with a generously sized touring version.

Dimensions and construction

The disc is made of 4 mm thick PMMA. With a height of 480 mm and a width of 350 mm, it protrudes 240 mm above the instruments. Their construction is designed to provide protection from wind, weather and possible impacts.

Touring shape with aerodynamic demands

PUIG develops motorcycle components with a clear focus on vehicle-specific shaping and aerodynamic properties. An aerodynamic study was carried out during development for the New Generation Touring screen. The large-area design supports improved protection for the rider and blends in with the lines of the motorcycle.

Four versions to choose from

Depending on the desired look, the lens is available in four versions. Available to choose from clear, tinted, heavily toned and black. This means that the design can be selected to match the individual appearance of the machine.

Mounting the disc is intuitive and simple. An ABE document is available for this product. Before use, please check carefully whether your specific motorcycle and the selected version are covered by the ABE.
