PUIG Z-Racing screen for sporty aerodynamics

The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE T 120 BLACK [2025] a distinctly sporty character and combines its aggressive lines with functional wind protection. Its aerodynamically developed double height directs the airflow over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct the air outwards and thus reduce pressure in the shoulder area.

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG designed the Z-Racing screen with virtual wind tunnel tests for an improved drag coefficient and a higher aerodynamic protective effect compared to the standard screen. The measured improvement in wind protection averages 12.7% with the upper body in an upright position and 61% in the racing position.

Precise processing of PUIG

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, has a rounded, 2 mm thick edge, which meets the relevant safety controls of the German TÜV. A camera-based inspection system supports quality control during production. PUIG thus underlines its specialization in technically developed motorcycle components.

Seven optical versions

For an individual match to the motorcycle, the Z-Racing screen is available in blue, carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red and clear. The shape, dimensions and technical properties remain aligned with the Z-Racing design.

The original screws are used during assembly; additional end strips are not required. An ABE document is available for this product. Before use, please carefully check the specific scope of application for your motorcycle.
