Targeted cooling for the front brake system

The PUIG brake cooler for the KAWASAKI ZX-10RR [2025] directs the incoming wind specifically to the brake pads and brake discs. It was developed for high loads caused by strong and repeated braking maneuvers, which occur particularly during sporty driving and on the racetrack.

Working principle

The air is absorbed at the front wheel, compressed and accelerated towards the brake components. In race track tests, an average reduction in brake temperature of ten degrees was achieved. This counteracts overheating and supports a consistent response of the brake system.

Well thought out construction

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the system consists of two high-quality ABS plastic covers - one for each brake disc and caliper unit. Robust, lightweight aluminum holders with a textured black surface complement the construction.

Available versions
