This left racing switch assembly was developed for the 2020-2022 Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP. The compact control combines seven buttons with a robust, black hard-anodised housing made from solid 7075 aluminium.

Material and design

The housing is made from solid 7075 aluminium and then black hard-anodised. The wiring is carefully sealed against the ingress of water and dust. This makes the switch assembly suitable for the demanding requirements of sports use.

Important compatibility information

The switch assembly is only compatible when installed together with the right PD023 switch assembly. To operate the electronic suspension on the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SP, the separately available JP CBLA DXSX 027 wiring kit must also be used.

Installation

The unit is designed as a Plug-and-play replacement for the original left switch assembly. No modifications to the motorcycle are required, allowing the original configuration to be restored later. For correct operation, the left PS023R and right PD023 must be installed together.
