Dry lubrication without oily residue

Motorex PTFE spray serves as a lubricant and release agent. It forms a very thin PTFE layer, leaves no oily residue and is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable.

• Very thin PTFE layer with a particle size of 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Virtually unlimited chemical resistance
• Very wide temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication

• Slide rails and guide rails
• Conveyor belts
• Transport rollers and transport carriages
• Window mechanisms
• Roller shutter systems
• Permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• Applications and subsequent processing steps where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable

Application instructions

Shake the container well before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
