L windshield for the BMW R 1300 GS

The L windshield was developed to provide enhanced wind protection on the BMW R 1300 GS. Like the original windshield, it can be adjusted to two positions and is installed using the stock brackets and screws without any modifications.

The original brackets and screws are reused for installation; no modifications to the motorcycle are required. The mounting positions and the height and width of the windshield are shown in the product photos.
